AI Chat connects with all your document data in Manyfast — including Requirements, Features, and Information Architecture — to understand your instructions in context and perform automated actions.

1. Start a New Chat

When you open a new chat, you can begin in one of three ways below. Each button works like a command preset — clicking it automatically inserts the corresponding prompt into the input box.

  1. Start product planning : Choose this option when you want to plan a product from scratch. Enter the product’s theme, problem statement, target users, and expected effects, and AI will generate an initial draft.

  2. Review features and improve them : Analyze previously created features and get suggestions for improvements or refinements.

  3. Design Information Architecture : Based on your Functional Specification, request AI to generate an Information Architecture (IA) that reflects the product’s menu structure.

2. Key Features

1. File Upload

Upload related materials such as proposals, briefing decks, or reference files for AI to analyze. You can upload one file at a time (up to 50MB). (Supported formats: PDF, Word, Excel, PNG, JPG)

2. Switch Mode

Choose the AI’s working style depending on your needs.

  • Autonomous : AI acts quickly on its own.

  • Balanced: AI follows your request while working

  • Manual: AI asks for confirmation to ensure accuracy.

3. Select AI Model

Switch between AI models depending on your task type.

  • OpenAI: Best for tool-connected tasks and wide-ranging operations.

  • Anthropic: Excels at understanding context and policy-based reasoning.

4. Chat Interaction

  • Click the ✏️ New Chat button (top-right) to start a new conversation.

  • Click the ⏱️ Chat History button (top-right) to review your previous sessions.

5. Additional Help

  • Click the “?” button at the bottom for guides and tooltips.

  • The response style may vary depending on your selected model and mode.
