Export
When your planning is complete, you can export the Functional Specification (FS) and Information Architecture (IA) documents in various formats. Share AI-generated results directly with your team, clients, or development partners.
1. What You Can Export
Functional Specification (FS): Includes the entire hierarchy of Requirement → Feature → Specification, along with all related details.
Information Architecture (IA): Includes the menu structure, depth hierarchy, and connections with specifications.
Note: PRD is included when exporting FS or IA documents.
2. Export Formats
Each document can be exported in one of the four formats below.
Excel (.xlsx)
Exports tabular data for easy review by row and column.
Specification sharing, developer handoff
Image (.png)
Saves the current tree structure as an image.
Meeting materials, reports, or attachments
Markdown (.md)
Text-based export that preserves document structure and basic formatting.
Wikis, Notion, or other collaborative tools
Text (.txt)
Unformatted sequential text version.
Quick sharing, simple memos or notes
Image exports preserve the exact visual structure of the FS or IA tree view — ideal for reports and visual references.
3. How to Export
