Group Plan & Billing Management

From the Group Settings menu on the left sidebar, go to Plans & Billing to view your group’s current plan details and available credits.

Plans and Credits

Plans

A plan is the subscription unit you can select. Each plan offers different features and usage limits depending on its tier.

Credits

Credits are the currency used when accessing Manyfast’s AI features.

  • Credits are consumed each time you submit a prompt. The amount used depends on the size and complexity of the information being processed.

  • Typical operations or short conversations consume about 2–10 credits, while tasks involving multiple files or large data volumes may use more.

    • More complex AI models generally consume more credits.

  • Credits are shared among all members within a group.

Credit Usage History

  • Granted Credits are the default credits provided according to your plan.

    • These credits reset monthly.

  • Purchased Credits refer to additional credits you’ve bought beyond your plan.

    • Credits received through redeem codes are also treated as purchased credits.

    • The credit purchase page is currently under preparation.

    • When both granted and purchased credits are available, granted credits are used first.

Subscribe to a Plan

Select a Plan

  1. In the Pricing section, select a plan to upgrade.

    1. You can choose the number of credits included in the Pro plan.

    2. When selecting an annual plan, a discounted price is applied.

Make a Payment

  1. Click 'Confirm' to proceed with payment.

Payment History

  1. Click the 'Payment Management' button at the bottom of the Plans & Billing page to view your payment history.

Apply Promo(Discount) Code

Select a Plan & Enter Code

  1. Select the plan that matches your discount code.

  2. Enter the code in the promotion code field at the bottom and click 'Register'.

    1. If the code is entered correctly, the payment window will appear immediately.

    2. If the code is incorrect or doesn't match the selected plan, an error message will be displayed.

Complete Payment

  1. After confirming the discount amount in the displayed payment window, proceed to register your payment method.

Change Plan

Change Plan

  1. Click the upgrade / downgrade button for a different plan while subscribed to proceed with the plan change.

    1. When upgrading, you can immediately use the higher-tier plan, and the price difference will be charged right away.

    2. When downgrading, your current plan will remain active until the end of the billing period, and the lower-tier plan will be billed starting from the next billing cycle.

      1. You can cancel or change to a different plan before the next billing cycle begins.
