Planning a Product in a Project
A Project is a design file that contains everything you need to plan and design your product — from requirements to core features and the flows that connect them. Create a Project and start planning in earnest.
Creating a Project
In Manyfast, you can start planning right away with just an idea — no complex setup required.
1. Start Right from the Home Screen
The fastest way to create a Project is through the input box in the center of the Home screen you see after signing in.

Enter a topic: Type the topic of the service or feature you have in mind.
Suggest a topic: If no specific idea comes to mind, click [Suggest a topic] to receive proposals.
Generate: Click the arrow icon, and the AI will provide a questionnaire to help flesh out your plan based on the topic you entered.
2. Create from the Projects Menu
In the sidebar, the [Projects] menu lets you see every Project in your group at a glance and add a new one whenever you need to. To create a new Project, click the [+ New Project] button at the top of the page.

Managing Projects

Click the [three-dot] button at the top right of a Project card.
Duplicate Project: Creates a new Project by copying everything from the current Project. Useful when you want to work on similar plans in multiple versions.
Delete: Selecting [Move to Trash] hides the Project from the list and moves it to the Trash.
Restore and permanent delete: In the [Trash] menu on the left sidebar, you can review deleted Projects and either restore them to their original location or delete them permanently.
Favorite: Click the [star icon] at the top of a card to add it to Favorites. Favorited Projects are pinned in the [Favorites] tab in the left sidebar so you can access them quickly from anywhere.

Selecting [Project Info] opens the detailed settings popup.
View info: Check the creation date and owner.
Edit title and thumbnail: Edit the Project title or upload a cover image so you can spot it easily from the list.
Project learning option: Choose whether this Project may be used for AI training.
The free (Starter) plan allows up to 3 Projects.

Onboarding
This is the first step in starting your plan in Manyfast. Choose one of the three available methods to begin.

Start with a questionnaire
Use the questionnaire to refine your plan around the topic you want to build. Recommended when you have only a rough idea and want to flesh out the details.
Extract content from materials
About 20–30 creditsEnter a brief idea or upload existing files such as meeting notes or planning documents, and the AI will automatically generate a draft plan. Recommended when you want to quickly outline the overall structure.
Empty Project
Start your plan freely by adding items from scratch. Best for users who are already familiar with Manyfast, or who prefer to organize everything themselves.
1. Start with a Questionnaire
When you briefly enter the topic of the Project you're planning, the AI analyzes the topic and starts generating a questionnaire to refine your plan.

The questionnaire asks the essential items needed for planning — questions like "Who are the main users?" and "What's the core goal you want to solve?"
Answering these questions helps you address logical gaps and polish your ideas.
Once you've filled in all the answers and click [Submit], a PRD draft is generated based on your input.
2. Extract Content from Materials

Upload attachments
Upload reference documents such as brainstorming notes, meeting minutes, RFPs, or planning documents, and the AI will analyze the content to generate a draft plan. You can drag files into the drop area, or click the 'Select files' button to attach them.
(Supported formats: PDF, Word, Excel, PNG, JPG / up to 10 files, 10MB each)
Enter context
Add information that helps Manyfast understand the Project. The more specific you are about the purpose, the problem you're solving, key features, target users, and major policies, the more accurate and richer the AI-generated draft will be.
Example: "A collaboration tool that lets you manage outsourced project schedules and files in one place. Designers and developers can edit documents simultaneously, and approval processes are managed step by step. The primary target is startups and small design teams."
Create a quick draft
After entering the content, click the 'Create quick draft' button to generate a PRD and Functional Specification draft. This usually takes 3–5 minutes.
If you leave during the AI analysis and come back later, it automatically resumes where it left off.
3. Empty Project
Start writing together with the AI Agent in an empty Project.
Manyfast guides you through these four documents in order by default.
1️⃣ Product Requirements (PRD)
2️⃣ Features
3️⃣ User Flow
4️⃣ Wireframe
Each document's detailed features and how to write them are explained step by step on the following pages.
