Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) are intended to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between RioLab Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and users, as well as other necessary matters, regarding the use of Manifest and related services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by the Company.


Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. “Service” refers to all digital products and related ancillary services provided by the Company via web or app.
  2. “User” refers to all members and non-members who use the Company’s services in accordance with these Terms.
  3. “Member” refers to a person who has entered into a service use contract with the Company and has been granted an account.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

  1. These Terms take effect by being posted on the service screen or homepage.
  2. The Company may amend the Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws, and will notify users in advance in case of changes.

Article 4 (Conclusion of Service Agreement)

  1. The service agreement is concluded when the user agrees to these Terms and the Company approves the application according to the prescribed procedure.
  2. The Company may refuse or withhold approval of the application for technical or business reasons.

Article 5 (Personal Information Protection)

  1. The Company complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws, and does its best to protect users’ personal information.
  2. Details regarding the processing of personal information can be found in the Privacy Policy.

Article 6 (Use of Service)

  1. The Company provides users with the following services:
    • IT product planning and collaborative editor
  2. In principle, the Company provides the Service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, but it may be temporarily suspended for reasons such as inspection.

Article 7 (Obligations of Users)

  1. Users must not engage in the following acts:
    1. Stealing another person’s information
    2. Interfering with the operation of the Company
    3. Acts for illegal purposes or in violation of these Terms
    4. Damaging the reputation of the Company or infringing on the rights of third parties

Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights and Content Policy)

  1. Company-owned Content
    • All content provided within the Service (text, images, UI composition, graphics, software, etc.) belongs to the Company or a legitimate third party’s intellectual property rights, and users may not use it for unauthorized reproduction, distribution, transmission, display, modification, or creation of derivative works.
  2. User Generated Content (UGC)
    1. In principle, the copyright of all content uploaded or created by users within the Service (hereinafter “User Content”) belongs to the respective user.
    2. However, the user grants the Company a free license to use (reproduce, transmit, publicly display, etc.) such content within the following scope:
      • To the extent necessary for the provision and operation of the Service
      • For analysis purposes such as product improvement, bug fixes, and UI enhancement
      • For service promotion and introduction (e.g., template examples, case studies) ※ When disclosed, personally identifiable information will be anonymized, and it will not be used for external marketing without prior consent.
  3. Content Management and Responsibility
    1. Users must not upload content that infringes on the rights of others or violates laws or public order, and users are legally responsible for such content.
    2. The Company may delete or restrict access to content that violates relevant laws or harms other users without prior notice.
  4. Storage and Deletion of Content
    • The Company may store content for a certain period for service maintenance, improvement, or legal compliance, and will delete it after a certain period in accordance with relevant laws if the user withdraws or requests deletion.
  5. Use for AI Model Training and Statistical Analysis (Optional)
    • Only with the user’s explicit consent, the Company may use de-identified content generated within the Service for AI model improvement or statistical analysis purposes.

Article 9 (Restriction and Suspension of Service Use)

  1. The Company may restrict the use of the Service or terminate the account if the user violates these Terms.
  2. The Company may change or discontinue part or all of the Service for technical or business reasons, and will notify users before or after such changes.

Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)

  1. The Company is not liable for damages incurred by users in connection with the use of the Service unless caused by the Company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.
  2. The Company is not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure or unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters.

Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)

  1. The Company and users will endeavor to resolve disputes amicably, and if necessary, may file a lawsuit with the competent court in accordance with relevant laws.
  2. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Supplementary Provisions

  • These Terms shall take effect from May 19, 2025.
