AI isn’t working properly.

This page explains common issues that may occur when using AI Chat.

I asked AI to add an item, but no result appeared.

When you request AI to create items (Requirements, Features, or Specifications) through the chat panel, you may see the “Task completed” message, but the generated results don’t appear immediately.

This typically happens when AI fails to recognize the correct connection point in the structure — it generates the item, but without properly linking it to its parent.

If you can locate the missing item in the Directory View, you can drag and drop it to the correct location or delete it if unnecessary.

If you can’t find the item, please try requesting it again.

You can get more accurate results by specifying an item before making a request.

When you select an item before sending a command, the selected item is shown above the input field in the chat panel.

To prevent missing connections, choose a specific item before sending your request. AI will use that item as a reference to generate more accurate and structured results.

I can’t use the chat panel.

If all of your AI credits are used up or an AI error occurs, the chat panel may become disabled.

When all credits have been used :

  1. START Plan: Credits will automatically reset the following day.

  2. PRO Plan or higher: Credits will automatically reset on your next billing cycle.

    • You’ll soon be able to upgrade your plan or purchase additional credits. (Feature coming soon.)

When you have credits, but chat still doesn’t work :

  1. Try refreshing or reopening the editor and launching the chat again.

  2. Open a new chat session and retry.

  3. If the issue persists, please contact us through Community page or click chatbot button in the lower right corner and select ‘Leave Feedback’.
